Job Summary: This role involves monitoring productivity, quality control, team orientation, waste management, material verification, team leadership, and project oversight. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring productivity and service quality 2. Managing and guiding teams to achieve goals 3. Verifying materials and projects to ensure quality * Monitor productivity board for rates below 1, ensuring proper workflow; * Verify tasks performed by the team and stamp the productivity board, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction; * Daily communicate and assign goals to the team to ensure execution according to the physical schedule; * Monitor team waste separation to ensure proper waste disposal and worksite organization; * Verify materials used by the team, checking compliance with specifications and approval status to ensure quality and customer satisfaction; * Manage teams, align on site improvements, and provide feedback jointly with the vertical manager, ensuring clear and objective communication with the team; * Review projects to ensure correct service execution, quality, and customer satisfaction.
