The Operations Planning Manager will lead and optimize strategic and tactical planning for logistics and workforce operations to ensure efficiency and cost reduction.

#### **About the Role:**
The Operations Planning Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing the company's strategic and tactical planning for logistics and workforce operations. This professional will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, reducing costs, and continuously improving processes within a dynamic and complex environment. We seek a leader with strategic vision and strong analytical capabilities to drive performance and innovation across our supply chain.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead short- and medium-term workforce planning.
* Lead short- and medium-term transportation network planning.
* Plan and optimize product transfers among nodes in the logistics network.
* Monitor operational costs, delivery timelines, and SLAs, supporting Operations teams in pursuing efficiency improvements.
* Develop and implement planning strategies that optimize resources and reduce operational costs.
* Analyze performance data and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with other departments (Operations, Technology, Commercial, etc.) to ensure integration and alignment of operational plans.
* Manage and develop the planning team, fostering a high-performance and innovative environment.
#### **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Solid experience in logistics and operations planning within complex, multi-channel environments (e.g., e-commerce, omnichannel retail).
* In-depth knowledge of capacity planning, workforce sizing, and operational productivity.
* Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (operations, technology, transportation, commercial).
* Academic degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
* Proven experience managing teams and optimization projects.
* Willingness to travel weekly to HUBs and CD Itapeva \- MG.
#### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):**
* Familiarity with WMS, TMS, and logistics optimization tools.
* Knowledge of SQL and vibe coding platforms.
* Postgraduate degree or specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related areas.
* Experience with agile methodologies.
