We seek an organized, communicative, and analytical professional with experience in operational management, client and supplier relationship management, financial monitoring, and building maintenance in dynamic, high-demand environments. Main Responsibilities * Monitor and lead outsourced teams; * Negotiate contracts with suppliers; * Inspect physical facilities and monitor operational demands of the property; * Monitor and regularize mandatory documentation, such as AVCB and other relevant documents; * Directly handle building maintenance requests; * Prepare budget forecasts and conduct monthly follow-ups; * Support preparation of materials for assemblies; * Provide service to property owners, investors, tenants, and clients; * Manage operational, financial, and administrative routines of the condominium. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in **Business Administration** or related fields; * Prior experience in operational management, preferably in **logistics warehouse condominiums**; * Experience in planning and controlling operational routines; * Knowledge of financial statement analysis and accountability reporting; * Experience managing delinquency control and condominium cash flow; * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Proficiency in **Excel** and management systems/tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation ability, organizational skills, and capacity to manage priorities.
