Responsibilities and Duties Perform preliminary customer service by verifying requests and needs, searching the system, informing the selling price, feasibility of fulfilling order quantities or other information, and, when necessary, forwarding inquiries to other sales representatives, aiming to assist the department with routine cases; Requirements and Qualifications Completed high school education; Experience in customer service or sales (in-person or by phone); Knowledge of the auto parts industry is desirable.
