Ensure good relationship with distributors **Job Mission:** Train and promote the development of the distributor team, conducting continuous in-person and remote follow-up to ensure and encourage the achievement of results. **In this position, your main responsibilities are:** * Recruit and retain distributors; * Conduct continuous visits to registered distributors; * Contact distributors; * Implement cycle-related activities with distributors; * Support achieving cycle targets; * Ensure good relationship with distributors. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education; * Proficient in Microsoft Office; * Experience in sales supervision with focus on customer portfolio maintenance and updating; * Creativity to develop sales campaign initiatives; * Goal-oriented mindset with strong focus on results; * Experience in indicator management.
