We’re seeking a talented professional to join our Commercial Team as Regional Coordinator. **MISSION** Coordinate administrative, commercial, and operational activities of branches under your responsibility. Represent the company to internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals and results set by senior management. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Monitor daily store operations and employee performance; Analyze branch performance metrics daily and actively participate in business strategy formulation; Ensure effective communication, acting as the liaison between stores and various company departments; Implement internal engagement campaigns per senior management guidance; Uphold compliance with company policies and achievement of established targets; Oversee task execution by team members under your coordination; Mediate internal and external conflicts, representing the company as required; Conduct periodic contract reclassification processes; Provide support and perform duties of absent team members when necessary; Review administrative procedures implemented at each store; Submit management reports upon request from company leadership; Perform jewelry labeling; Conduct store inventory audits; Train and develop store teams under your responsibility; Participate in recruitment processes for store staff. **ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; A course in Human Resource Management is a plus; One year of experience in this role OR at least three years as a Store Manager at Ouro do Brasil. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES, FOR EXAMPLE** Proficiency in computer applications, including intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite skills; Leadership ability; Communication skills; Ability to prepare managerial reports. **SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES** Proactivity; Dynamism; Planning; Empathy; Sociability; Results orientation.
