Organize employee documentation (time sheets, medical certificates, uniforms) and provide support in hiring and termination processes. Issue purchase orders authorized by management and conduct follow-up with suppliers regarding delivery deadlines. Answer telephone calls, respond to e-mails, and receive service providers arriving at the office. Maintain organized fiscal, sanitary, and labor documents to facilitate quick consultations or audits. Create sales, shrinkage (product losses), and expense spreadsheets for analysis by the manager or owner. Previous experience as Office Assistant, Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary may indicate suitability for some of these duties. High school diploma required.
