Leadership and People Development, guiding and training teams Operational Supervisor Position Description: The Operational Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and quality of the company's operations by supervising operational teams and processes. Responsibilities: * Supervise operational teams to ensure achievement of targets and compliance with quality standards * Prepare performance reports and propose process improvements * Conduct team training and capacity-building sessions * Monitor performance and productivity indicators * Ensure the safety and integrity of employees and equipment In practice, in summary **Operational Management** You will be responsible for overseeing teams at client sites (condominiums and companies), ensuring that cleaning, conservation, front-desk, and maintenance routines are executed correctly and meet quality standards. This includes frequent site visits, organizing team activities, adjusting work schedules, planning activity timelines, and promptly resolving operational issues. You will participate in hiring new employees to build the operational team. **Customer Relationship Management** You will serve as the primary contact point between Alpes and the client. You will communicate with building managers, administrators, and supervisors to understand needs, align expectations, and proactively and professionally resolve day-to-day situations. **Leadership and People Development** You will guide, hold accountable, and develop field teams by delivering operational training, correcting procedures, and monitoring performance—always aiming for employee growth and reduced errors.
