We also offer a variety of services to farmers and risk management solutions. **Purpose and Impact of the Role** This is a permanent position located in Sorriso, Mato Grosso, Brazil. New and easy application options are available for this role: chat with our recruiting assistant Ana at careers.cargill.com or send a text message with the word "Jobs" to +1(612) 441-2032. **Shift/Work Schedule:** Day shift Perform grain classification by collecting samples from bulk trucks according to procedure, separating samples, identifying non-conformities, and recording results per defined standards, supporting cargo release decisions and maintaining production quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct visual inspection of trucks to identify potential grain mixing or out-of-spec grains, verifying whether they fall within acceptable tolerance limits to ensure delivered product quality; * Inspect the pneumatic probe in the classification area, performing equipment tests per quality procedures and adjusting valves to maintain suction standards, ensuring proper sampling procedures; * Guide the operations assistant on truck queue sequencing, identifying truck size and soybean volume to facilitate and expedite unloading; * Receive sampling grains from each truck inside the classification room, confirming full-truck sampling coverage, organizing and separating samples to initiate the classification process; * Record truck data in a digital report and subsequently enter it into the RDS system, including license plate, producer, and receipt time to ensure origin traceability; * Execute grain classification per truck by mixing/homogenizing the sample, separating a small portion for moisture testing, using the remainder for classification, identifying impurities, total damaged kernels (burnt, fermented, scorched, etc.), broken or cracked kernels, and green kernels to certify grain quality; * Record classification results in both digital and systemic reports, releasing samples meeting specifications for unloading or notifying the responsible department if non-compliant; * Inform the weighbridge operator of storage locations for approved grain loads, identifying available space in each silo and classification type (e.g., moisture level and impurity grade), directing to drying processes when necessary; * Monitor system process changes, identifying procedural updates or additions related to classification; * Perform and/or supervise cleaning of the classification area and equipment, as well as complete all required process documentation. ### ### **Qualifications** **Minimum:** * Completed high school education. **Preferred:** * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); * Grain classification training; * Relevant work experience. **Please note that Cargill will NEVER request banking information, usernames, or passwords via any communication channel.** **At Cargill, we prioritize the safety of our employees.
