Job Summary: Recanto is seeking an Engineering Analyst to support civil construction planning and execution, control quality, and ensure compliance with regulations at construction sites. We are looking for a talented and proactive Engineering Analyst to join our team at the Recanto das Orquídeas construction site. Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the Engineer in construction planning and execution. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Controlling the quality of materials and executed services. Performing physical progress measurements and assisting in preparing management reports. Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and construction quality standards. Supervising production teams to ensure productivity and alignment with the project schedule, along with other duties relevant to the position. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Prior experience or internship at construction sites.
