Job Summary: An external sales professional responsible for planning and executing sales routes, managing a customer portfolio, presenting product offerings, conducting after-sales follow-up, and developing marketing initiatives. Development of Trade Marketing initiatives and efficient after-sales service. **SUBMIT YOUR RESUME VIA WHATSAPP: \+55 81 98945\-5411** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Prepares monthly sales routes and planning for the active customer portfolio based on customer potential, inactive customers, and customers with open BIN/Financial issues using the CRM system. * Executes external sales routines acting as a business consultant. Presents the product portfolio, describing features, advantages, and benefits; analyzes product turnover (Moura and competitors); verifies selling prices (Moura and competitors); structures orders — ideal mix; communicates pricing and payment terms per commercial policy; and places orders following the salesperson’s checklist. Ensures final consumer pricing is appropriate for the market. * Plans and conducts visits to prospective customers and ensures their registration in the distributor’s CRM sales system. * Provides after-sales service, clarifies order-related questions, verifies delivery timelines, assesses product expiration dates and physical condition, and collects warranty products (requiring recharge or new packaging) during on-site visits. * Implements Trade Marketing activities at the point of sale, executing them according to the PDV Success Guide.
