Job Summary: Responsible for fueling the company's and partners' fleet with fuels, managing the fuel station, and ensuring product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Fuel supply for vehicles, machinery, and equipment in the fleet 2. Monitoring and verification of fuel receipt 3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workplace Fuel the company's and partners' fleet with fuels (diesel, gasoline, and ethanol) and perform specific controls for the fuel station. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Authorize fueling of vehicles, machinery, and equipment via the computerized system by scanning the vehicle's "div" for company vehicles, capturing their registration information, and completing it with driver's employee ID, odometer reading, and hour meter; for partner vehicles (PM\-BA, Civil Police, and Projeto Tourão), manually enter registration details; * Monitor fuel deliveries from tanker trucks by checking seals and verifying delivered fuel levels; * Monitor fuel levels in pump tanks and notify the procurement department for replenishment when necessary; * Calibrate pumps weekly to ensure dispensing accuracy by verifying that the quantity dispensed matches the recorded quantity; * Maintain the workplace in perfect hygienic and clean conditions; * Perform daily transaction closing for analysis and validation of fueling activities by completing a form for the warehouse clerk's verification; * Comply with safety regulations by using PPE and safeguarding the environment, workplace organization, and maintenance; * Ensure product quality according to quality control standards; * Perform other related duties within the scope of this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education, Training course: Fuel Attendant **Additional Information** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position; * Food basket; * Cost-of-living allowance; * Transportation; * Medical assistance; * Subsidized dental plan; * Pharmacy assistance; * Gas voucher; * Fuel station discount; * Onhappy (discounts on airline tickets and hotels); * Open English (discounts on English and Spanish courses). **With great pride, we are the largest employer in the São Francisco Valley and one of the largest in the state.
