Job Summary: Manages material control and movement, records transactions, provides information to internal and external customers, and oversees goods and invoices. Key Highlights: 1. Controlling and updating warehouse-specific information Perform material control and movement activities, invoice entry, and provide information to internal and external customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and inspect all goods delivered to the company, ensuring compliance with issued purchase orders and verifying requested quality and quantity; report missing orders to Procurement and immediately escalate receiving discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor for prompt resolution; * Enter invoices into the system, making necessary adjustments to proceed with receipt, document discrepancies arising during invoice entry, and inform the Warehouse Supervisor; * Add new products to the system, adhering to technical registration standards, and perform maintenance including adjustments and insertion of new brands/references; * Clarify user inquiries and provide guidance regarding orders; * Update and control warehouse-specific information, such as daily closing of station movement records, monthly collection of departmental discrepancies, monthly performance report closing, and tracking receipt of strategic products, generating reports and informing the Warehouse Supervisor; * Maintain environmental awareness, workplace organization, and station upkeep; * Perform other related duties within the scope of this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Basic Excel proficiency. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary aligned with the position; * Food basket; * Cost-of-living allowance; * Transportation; * Medical assistance; * Subsidized dental plan; * Pharmacy assistance; * Gas voucher; * Fuel station discount; * Onhappy (discounts on air tickets and hotels); * Open English (discounts on English and Spanish courses). **With great pride, we are the largest employer in the São Francisco Valley and one of the largest in the state.
