"Because caring does good."*** **Work Schedule** Position of trust; exempt from working hour control; flexible working hours. **Initial Compensation** Compensation according to the industry wage table/minimum wage \+ 40% additional allowance for position of trust \+ performance-based bonuses tied to goals and campaigns, determined by internal criteria (non-salary nature). **Job Mission** **Supervises operations across multiple units, ensuring process standardization, compliance with health regulations, achievement of operational targets, and alignment between stores and central management.** **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operational routines of assigned units * Verify compliance with internal processes, health regulations, and network standards * Support unit managers in resolving operational issues * Monitor stockout, inventory, and stock level indicators * Conduct periodic visits to units with structured reporting * Identify training needs and refer them to HR * Ensure implementation of marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives in stores * Verify layout, pricing, and product display compliance * Monitor store opening and closing procedures **What We Expect From You (Job Requirements)** We are seeking an **Operations Supervisor** to ensure excellence and standardization across our multiple units while maintaining alignment between stores and central management.
