Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and picking goods, ensuring warehouse organization and inventory integrity, as well as meeting sales demands. Use of PPE and certified forklift operation **Responsibilities:** * Receive and inspect goods delivered by suppliers. * Verify the quality and quantity of received products against shipping documents. * Record goods receipts in the inventory management system. * Store goods appropriately, following warehouse organization guidelines. * Identify and label products to facilitate location and handling. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring product integrity and preservation. * Pick products according to transfer, delivery, and pickup requests. * Prepare orders according to specified requirements and deadlines. * Package and label products securely and appropriately for transportation. * Meet sales demands by providing requested products quickly and accurately. * Maintain constant communication with the sales team to ensure adequate inventory replenishment. * Assist in conducting periodic inventories to monitor stock levels and identify possible discrepancies. * Perform all tasks using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), in accordance with company safety rules and regulations. * Operate forklifts when necessary, following established safety procedures and holding valid certification. * Report any damage or defects identified in stored products to the immediate supervisor, following company-established procedures. * Follow workplace safety and hygiene procedures, ensuring a safe environment for oneself and colleagues. * Comply with internal and external rules and regulations related to product storage and handling. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Prior experience in warehousing is desirable; * Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner, even under pressure; * Flexible availability.
