How about being part of this energy? **\#JoinMoura!** Responsibilities and Duties * Analyze the overall condition of equipment, performing diagnostics and identifying maintenance or replacement needs; * Responsible for receiving and managing warranties, ensuring proper process flow and adherence to deadlines; * Record and update information in systems, ensuring data organization and traceability; * Conduct technical training at service points, supporting teams in correctly using and understanding products/services; * Maintain regular contact with the public, providing support, clarifying doubts, and contributing to an efficient and high-quality service experience. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed Technical Education or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-electronic, Automotive Maintenance, or related fields; * Must reside in Sinop \- MT; * Prior experience in this role or similar activities is desirable; * Experience in public service.
