Job Summary: An Inventory Checker is responsible for controlling and managing inventory, organizing the warehouse, conducting inventories, and receiving NF-e documents, requiring proactivity and attention. The **Inventory Checker** is responsible for inventory control and management, warehouse organization, inventory execution, and receipt of internal and third-party NF-e documents. It is important to enjoy working with numbers, be proactive, and possess excellent attention to detail. **If this role resonates with you, join us!** **NOTE:** All communication regarding the selection process will be conducted via email. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive internal and third-party shipments; * Unload and store products and materials in the warehouse; * Perform inventory control and management, ensuring accuracy and truthfulness of both physical and system inventory; * Conduct daily rotating inventory for items showing inventory discrepancies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Successfully completed probationary period; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Enjoy working with numbers and organizing; * Excellent attention to detail; * Good interpersonal relationships within the team; * Strong sense of commitment; * Humility and ethics; * Positive attitude and friendliness; * Punctuality and responsibility toward deliverables. **Additional Information** Founded in 1986 in Brusque (SC), Havan began as a small fabric store with only one employee.
