All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage store team activities and all support staff; * Prepare and validate work schedules, timekeeping records, and notes regarding justifications for tardiness and absences; * Monitor each employee’s performance indicators through evaluations and feedback, supporting development according to individual needs; * Negotiate with suppliers and partners; * Conduct cash register opening and closing procedures; * Monitor and manage in-store service quality based on corporate performance indicators; * Guide the team on corporate managerial and strategic guidelines, consistently fostering synergy and teamwork; * Organize and maintain the workplace, coordinating the use of materials, supplies, resources, and services; * Attend to customers’ routine and specific requests, including front-desk responsibilities; * Support recruitment processes coordinated by the HR & Recruitment team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in leadership and people management; * Solid retail automotive experience preferred; * Valid driver’s license (CNH) mandatory; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **ADDITIONAL DETAILS:** * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule; * Fixed salary \+ commission. **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
