It provides customized solutions for various sectors, including hospitals, schools, and corporations. **Responsibilities:** Manage a large-scale, high-complexity Food and Nutrition Unit (FNU). Plan and coordinate the unit's daily operations. Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety, and nutritional regulations. Manage the team, including training, scheduling, and development. Control costs, inventory, and unit performance indicators. Position based in Criciúma / SC.
