Job Summary: Professional to develop and optimize data models, support recruitment processes, analyze data for strategic HR insights, and engage in people management and internal policy administration. Involvement in organizational restructuring and implementation of HR policies **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Intermediate Power BI proficiency * Knowledge of training systems * Familiarity with RH Solides is desirable * Familiarity with SAP and RM is desirable **BENEFITS:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food basket * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, monitor, and optimize Power BI data models; create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track HR metrics. * Support recruitment processes by mapping candidate profiles with leadership teams and third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards (SLA). * Apply statistical techniques and data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and generate strategic insights for people management. * Participate in defining, analyzing, and restructuring organizational frameworks using methodologies such as Max People, Hay, among others. * Contribute to implementing HR policies, processes, and practices by leveraging internal communication channels to align with company culture and objectives. * Actively participate in people management initiatives related to organizational climate surveys—from needs assessment through execution of improvement plans—with focus on maintaining GPTW certification. * Provide consultative support to managers. * Ensure consistency of current salary tables, updating them per collective agreements, minimum wage requirements, or market analyses. * Support the organization and execution of internal events and celebratory activities. * Contribute to budgetary management of the Human Development Department. * Perform other duties relevant to the position.
