Our job openings are also open to candidates with disabilities (PCD). \#MedSênior \#jobs \#hiring \#opportunities \#technology \#healthcare \#hiring **Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide on-site and/or remote technical support to users in the DAC (Authorization and Regulation) department; * Receive, manage, and execute technical IT requests from system users; * Validate IT processes in the Service Desk; * Install and support company software; maintain ERP and DTS updates based on SQL Server, ensuring proper functionality and user access; * Participate in the validation of innovations prior to production launch; * Provide database and process support. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in healthcare services or health insurance operations; * Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases; * Solid knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and development methodologies; * Familiarity with databases, version control tools, and infrastructure environments; * Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork; * Strong communication, proactivity, and documentation skills.
