Description: We are seeking a Junior Installer to join our team. Responsibilities: * Support the assembly and installation of telecommunications network infrastructure, ensuring service organization and quality; * Perform fiber optic cable laying, accommodation, and organization in accordance with established technical and safety standards; * Carry out excavation and trench preparation activities for conduit and cable routing, using appropriate tools while observing safety regulations; * Assist in the installation of conduits, junction boxes, and other network infrastructure components; * Support the team in organizing the worksite, transporting materials, and cleaning the area after service completion; * Follow technical procedures and occupational safety regulations throughout all installation stages. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in infrastructure installation, civil construction, or telecommunications is desirable; * Basic knowledge of cable laying and infrastructure assembly is a plus; * Availability for field work and travel when required; * Availability to perform physically demanding tasks; * Familiarity with occupational safety practices and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Ability to work effectively in teams, strong organizational skills, and commitment; * A valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) will be considered an advantage.
