Assistance in departmental organization and internal activities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship * Assist in activities related to the assigned department; * Participate in meetings, training sessions, and work plans; * Contact internal and external clients via telephone and e\-mail for scheduling, guidance, and follow-ups; * Collaborate in departmental organization and internal activities; * Participate in capacity-building and continuous training activities, among others; * Classify invoices based on instructions provided by Administrative Analysts; * Enter invoice data into a control spreadsheet; * Support administrative staff in the department to meet departmental needs; * Update control spreadsheets (e.g., training), recording monthly expenditures to serve as a basis for the subsequent budget; * Assist in the Physical Fund Bulletin process of the ES Superintendence, tracking receipt of invoices or fiscal receipts and their accounting classification; * Monitor training sessions and purchase coffee break supplies. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Availability to intern during morning hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with methodologies and activities related to Orders; * Proficiency in text and image editing tools; * Interest in professional development and capacity building in Administration, Logistics, and Psychology. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Food allowance, Transportation allowance
