Job Summary: This role provides technical support, installs and configures software, monitors performance, diagnoses issues, proposes IT solutions, administers networks, and ensures system security. Proposal of information technology solutions * Technical Support: Provide necessary technical support to company departments, ensuring proper equipment operation through replacement, configuration, and installation of modules, parts, and components; * User Guidance: Guide users on appropriate usage of Carone Supermarkets' systems and applications; * Installation and Configuration: Install and configure software, guiding users on required specifications and commands for its use; * Performance Monitoring: Monitor hardware and software performance to meet defined service standards; * Problem Diagnosis: Diagnose hardware and software issues based on user requests, seeking solutions or escalating to higher-level support; * Solution Proposal: Propose information technology solutions based on available technological resources, conducting feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses; * File Organization: Assist in organizing files to ensure quick data retrieval and handle document sending/receiving via e\-mail; * Documentation and Reporting: Prepare documentation and reports on performed activities to maintain tracking and control conditions of operational systems and equipment; * Network Administration: Administer and install internal user networks within the company; * Security Procedures: Implement and maintain security procedures for operational systems and networks; * Maintenance and Preservation: Ensure custody, preservation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, instruments, materials used, and the workplace; * Additional Activities: Perform similar tasks as requested and specified therein. Requirements: Completed high school; Ongoing Technical Course in Information Technology or undergraduate program in Computer Networks Technology (preferred); Specific Requirements: Course in Information Technology Equipment Maintenance; Knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and communications; Experience operating information technology tools and equipment.
