Through service delivery, our team provides technical support, infrastructure management, IT environment administration, and more—serving both public and private organizations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation. ### **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a **Level 2 Support Technician** to provide in-person technical support, assisting in resolving incidents and requests escalated from first-level support. The professional will be responsible for performing technical diagnostics, guiding users, and contributing to the continuous improvement of information technology services. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide in-person technical support for requests escalated from first-level support. * Handle service requests related to IT technical support. * Diagnose and resolve incidents related to the technological environment. * Record all support interactions and procedures performed in the client's system. * Request escalation to other support levels when necessary. * Assist in controlling and managing the movement of IT equipment assets. * Maintain organized server racks and network cabling in the Data Center (CPD). * Contribute to updating and creating articles in the knowledge base. * Guide users on the usage, installation, and configuration of systems, software, and equipment. * Suggest improvements to support processes and incident reduction. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Minimum **6 months of experience in in-person technical support**. * Intermediate-level computer literacy. * Certification in **Microsoft Office 2010 or later (minimum 20 hours)**. * Certification in **computer assembly and configuration (minimum 20 hours)**. * **Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) Windows 7 or higher** certification. **Compensation:** **R$ 12.72 per hour worked** The professional will be paid for actual hours worked, plus anticipated statutory benefits under the intermittent employment regime, such as **13th salary and vacation pay**. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of **R$ 31.59 per workday** * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * SESC membership * **Availability bonus of R$ 100.00**, paid via corporate card upon first activation for coverage (maximum 10 activations per month).
