Job Summary: Analyst will analyze and map logistical processes, support and maintain WMS, develop solutions, and provide technical training and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Our philosophy is to offer customers the best products available in the market while ensuring agility both in sales and delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Activities: * Analyze and map logistical processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Perform maintenance and support for the WMS (Warehouse Management System). * Gather requirements from business areas and develop solutions aligned with objectives. * Perform configuration, testing, and validation of the WMS and other logistical systems. * Create technical and functional documentation regarding processes and systems. * Provide technical training and support to end users. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields * Experience in system support * Knowledge of \*system integration\* methods (EDI, APIs). * Knowledge of \*agile methodologies \-Preferred\- Prior experience working with WMS. **Additional Information** At FRIOPEÇAS, we believe that the company's success is directly linked to the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
