Job Summary: Logistics systems analyst focused on process optimization, WMS support, and solution development. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics and WMS process optimization 2. Development of solutions using agile methodologies 3. WMS system support and training **Responsibilities:** Analyze and map logistics processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Perform maintenance and support for the WMS (Warehouse Management System) * Gather requirements from business areas and develop solutions aligned with objectives. * Perform WMS and other logistics systems configuration, testing, and validation. * Create technical and functional documentation for processes and systems. * Provide training and technical support to end users. * Manage incidents and problems related to WMS systems. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields * Experience providing system support * Knowledge of \*system integration\* methods (EDI, APIs). * Knowledge of \*agile methodologies Preferred Qualification\- Prior experience working with WMS. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
