We are seeking a professional for the position of TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES Providing customer support by appropriately guiding software usage; delivering helpdesk and on-site support. REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in operating new software and hardware; Knowledge of network infrastructure; Basic knowledge of Linux; Familiarity with software, hardware, and general IT installation; Experience in helpdesk support; Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); Flexibility regarding working hours.
