Support in training and development management. **JOB DESCRIPTION** ------------------- Plan, execute, analyze, manage, and conduct recruitment and selection processes, group dynamics, reporting, assessments, market research, KPIs, events, record keeping, employee service, evaluations, training management, employee service, managerial support, and other routine HR functions.
