Job Description Mission: Manage accounting and tax activities to contribute to achieving economic and financial objectives, provide clear and accurate accounting information to support corporate management decision-making, and comply with applicable legislation and accounting standards. * Manage and lead the Accounting and Tax areas, including month-end closing routines, reconciliations, analysis and validation of IRPJ and CSLL calculations, and fulfillment of ancillary obligations. * Plan and implement accounting policies, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to best accounting practices. * Prepare financial statements in accordance with Law No. 11,638/07, CPC pronouncements, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including: Balance Sheet, Income Statement (DRE), Statement of Changes in Equity (DMPL), Statement of Value Added (DVA), Statement of Cash Flows (DFC), Explanatory Notes, and management reports. * Ensure submission of information to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM), including delivery of Standardized Financial Statements Forms (DFP) and Quarterly Information Forms (ITR). Ensure submission of information to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM), including delivery of Standardized Financial Statements Forms (DFP) and Quarterly Information Forms (ITR). * Coordinate tax calculations and ensure that tax information and ancillary obligations — at municipal, state, and federal levels — accurately reflect the company’s situation. * Manage the execution of tax records, enhance processes, supervise the issuance of invoices, preparation of tax payment slips, and ensure proper organization and integrity of the tax archive. * Perform analysis and posting of tax documents in the SAP system (material and service invoices, RPA, and rental receipts). * Analyze and calculate taxes withheld from third parties, such as ISS, PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IRRF, INSS, and Cautionary Deposit. * Proactively support internal and external audits. * Ensure proper organization and archiving of tax documents. * Promote continuous process and work method improvement, such as creating calculation memoranda and reviewing analytical techniques. * Issue invoices and prepare tax payment slips for taxes withheld from third parties. * Provide assistance and clarification regarding tax matters to suppliers. Candidate Requirements Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Finance and/or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, including at least 3 years managing teams. * Knowledge of: Financial Compliance, Financial Statement Preparation, Financial Management, Tax and Fiscal Management, General Accounting.
