Team coordination and cross-functional integration **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in construction planning and control; * Advanced knowledge of planning tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar); * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; * Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract management; **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the development, updating, and control of physical and financial construction schedules; * Define and implement planning and control methodologies (S-Curve, WBS, Line of Balance, CPM, Lean Construction, Last Planner, among others); * Monitor physical progress of construction projects, analyzing schedule, cost, and productivity deviations; * Develop forecasts, replanning, and scenario simulations, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Integrate planning with engineering, procurement, contracts, finance, and production departments; * Lead the planning team, providing technical guidance and ensuring process standardization; * Monitor and analyze construction performance indicators (schedule, cost, productivity, financial performance); * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders; * Monitor contracts, measurements, and impacts of contract amendments, claims, and scope changes on planning; * Support the implementation of continuous improvements in construction planning and control processes; * Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, technical standards, and industry best practices.
