The candidate will be responsible for full management of store operations, including performance target and sales indicator monitoring, inventory control, implementation of commercial campaigns, administrative and financial support for the unit, **and direct involvement in sales and customer service**, actively contributing to achieving store results. We seek a candidate with prior experience in retail store management (preferably in the fashion segment), completed high school education (ongoing higher education is considered a plus), and knowledge of sales and administrative routines.
