Its stores are highly prepared to deliver agile, high-quality, and excellent service. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise credit analysis and approval processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Ensure accurate registration, updating, and control of customer records in the management system. * Monitor and analyze delinquency, settlement agreement, and credit recovery indicators, proposing continuous improvements. * Monitor monthly settlement agreement collections, verifying information and system entries. * Supervise administrative and judicial collection workflows, tracking negotiations and outcomes. * Provide individualized supervision for each team member, offering guidance, task assignment, and technical support whenever necessary. * Notify stores of inconsistencies, operational failures, or customer complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up and correction. * Implement internal audit and control routines to ensure data integrity and procedural compliance. * Prepare managerial reports containing financial and operational indicators for presentation to senior management. * Support the development and enhancement of automation systems and processes related to credit analysis and control. * Promote team training, development, and performance evaluation to ensure productivity and service quality. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed undergraduate degree; Experience leading teams; Experience with financial indicators, delinquency, settlement agreements, credit recovery, and performance tracking (a plus); Advanced Excel proficiency. **Work Location:** Rio Marinho \- Vila Velha
