Job Summary: Responsible for leading and motivating the team, delegating tasks, and managing cash register operations, with a focus on effective communication and product training. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate the team. Skill in effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities. Communication: Competence in conveying information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to mediate disputes and find satisfactory solutions for all parties involved. Skill in maintaining composure and objectivity in conflict situations. Hard Skills: Ability to train the team on product features. Cash Register Operations: Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems. Knowledge of cash closing procedures and transaction reconciliation. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
