This role is essential for delivering products on time and with quality. * Manage and monitor inventory (receipts, shipments, and stocktaking); * Monitor orders, material picking and dispatch; * Support planning and execution of deliveries; * Track KPIs (lead time, volume, discrepancies, etc.); * Identify and propose process improvements; * Interface with internal departments (PCP, procurement, customer service, etc.); * Support resolution of operational issues (delays, discrepancies, damages); * Update logistics-related systems and controls.
