Conduct talent hunting and proactive candidate sourcing. Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and conduct interviews. Promote job openings, perform candidate screening, and support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. Monitor recruitment metrics and propose improvements. What We’re Looking For: Experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably in the Technology sector. Knowledge of talent hunting and competency-based interviews. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and results orientation. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
