Join our team! **Available Positions:** **Curitiba City Center – 01 position** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **11:00 AM to 8:00 PM**, with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays from **9:00 AM to 1:00 PM**. **Colombo – 01 position** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **10:00 AM to 7:00 PM**, with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays from **9:00 AM to 1:00 PM**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service and reception; * Course sales and enrollment processing; * Client portfolio management and follow-up; * Customer service via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and in person; * Updating internal systems to activate candidates; * Analyzing performance reports to identify new customers; * Monitoring trends in the educational segment and developing commercial strategies. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service; * Experience in sales; * Completed high school education (a college degree is considered a plus); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in an educational institution is a plus. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary; * Performance bonuses; * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Meal Allowance (VR); * CLT employment contract – Permanent position.
