The Junior Recruiter is responsible for supporting the recruitment and selection process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, administering tests and group dynamics, maintaining communication with candidates, and coordinating feedback. This professional collaborates with managers to identify hiring needs and source the best talent for the company. * Screen received resumes to identify candidates whose profiles match the requirements of open positions. * Schedule and conduct in-person and/or virtual interviews with pre\-selected candidates. * Administer psychological, technical, and group dynamic assessments to evaluate candidates. * Maintain contact with candidates throughout the selection process, providing feedback and guidance. * Participate in job fairs, events, and employer branding initiatives to attract talent. * Assist in preparing evaluation reports and summaries for assessed candidates. * Collaborate with managers to define required profiles and competencies for open positions. * Utilize recruitment systems and tools to manage selection processes. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s recruitment and selection processes. * Stay updated on market trends and best practices related to recruitment and selection.
