A commercial automation software company is seeking a Support Analyst in Curitiba (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Respond to support tickets via system, phone, and WhatsApp. Diagnose errors and inconsistencies in the ERP system. Guide customers on system functionalities and best practices for usage. Escalate more complex requests to the development team. Assist customers with ERP implementation and usage, ensuring their autonomy in using the tool. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Support Technician, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
