Supporting educational management with AI-driven insights We are seeking a **Data Analyst** with experience in **Artificial Intelligence** to work on **data-driven educational projects**. The professional will be responsible for supporting **pedagogical and administrative management** through analysis of: Academic performance Student attrition Student engagement Study behavior Other strategic metrics for continuous improvement of teaching and learning If you are passionate about data and innovation, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Data Analysis and Modeling** Collect, organize, and analyze academic and operational data (grades, attendance, ENEM, entrance exams, attrition, etc.). Develop strategic dashboards and reports for monitoring pedagogical indicators. Build predictive models for academic performance and student attrition using **Machine Learning**. Apply **AI** techniques to generate insights on student behavior and educational interventions. **Decision-Making Support** Support managers and teachers in interpreting and applying data. Automate recurring processes and reports to optimize educational management. **Data and Technology Management** Restructure the business unit’s **data lake**. Implement **BI** tools in partnership with the Positivo Group team. Manage relationships with vendors and agencies for **SaaS and platform** projects. Identify models and automations that improve information access and process efficiency. Analyze **marketing, sales, and customer** data, delivering strategic insights.
