We will support your development and count on your dedication and willingness to grow both personally and professionally. :) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in the installation, maintenance, and configuration of computers, laptops, and printers; * Provide technical support to end users; * Assist in tracking incidents and service requests; * Cooperate in proactive and reactive actions within the IT environment; * Assist in network infrastructure activities, including maintenance and organization of connectivity racks and network points. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Basic knowledge of computer maintenance; **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Focus on continuous improvement. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 6 hours daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM **Benefits** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance for in-person and hybrid interns; * Training sessions and events for knowledge refreshment and exchange; * Total Pass: access to gyms and studios nationwide; * Leve a Vida Leve Program: diverse and ongoing initiatives focused on mental health; * Acolher Program: psychological support provided within the company; * Internal selection processes; * Birthday leave; * Changing rooms and showers: for employees who commute by bicycle or exercise during breaks — available at the headquarters in Curitiba/PR, for in-person and hybrid interns.
