Copper plating process **Responsibilities:** Manufacturing of high-layer and low-layer grounding rods, handling iron in chemical tanks where it undergoes copper plating. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 1st shift: 5:00 AM to 2:18 PM, or 2nd shift: 2:18 PM to 11:18 PM **Salary:** Initial: R$ 2,112.00; after gaining experience: R$ 2,173.60 **Benefits:** Meals provided at the company + Transportation allowance (shuttle service) + Life insurance + Attendance bonus (R$ 300.00) + Health plan **Requirements:** Completed elementary school + Residency in the Central region of Araquari, Colégio Agrícola, or Barra do Sul **Location:** Araquari - SC Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$ 2,112.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
