**Position: Kitchen Assistant** **Location:** Brioche Bakery – Batel Branch We are looking for a quick, organized, and committed Kitchen Assistant to support our team in food preparation and kitchen area maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in meal preparation, fillings, and simple cuts * Clean and organize utensils and work surfaces * Support the chef in daily production processes * Follow food safety regulations and good handling practices * Keep the workplace clean and organized during and after working hours **Requirements:** * Proven experience in kitchen operations * Organization, agility, and responsibility * Ability to work well in a team * Commitment to cleanliness and food safety **Working Hours:** * **6:00 AM to 2:20 PM** * 1-hour lunch break + 10-minute coffee break * Fixed weekly day off and 2 Sundays per month according to schedule **Salary:** * **R$ 2.068,00 per month** **Benefits:** * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Food allowance of R$ 300.00/month (for use at the store) * 13th salary * Vacation bonus **Employment Type:** CLT – Permanent, on-site Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$2.068,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Meal preparation and kitchen assistant (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
