Job Summary: Assist in the preparation, shaping, assembly, and finishing of bakery products, operating equipment and maintaining organization in the production area. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in the production of bread, cakes, and savory snacks. 2. Operation and assistance in using bakery equipment. 3. Maintenance of hygiene and organization in the production area. A bakery is seeking a Production Assistant in Salvador (Pituba). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, and ingredients for bread, cakes, and savory snacks. Help with shaping, assembling, and finishing bakery products. Operate or assist in using equipment such as mixers, ovens, and blenders. Sort and prepare ingredients and materials used in production. Perform cleaning and organization of the production area and utensils. Monitor ingredient expiration dates and storage conditions. Follow food hygiene and handling regulations. Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Assembler, Production Assistant, or Production Helper may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma required.
