Administrative support and guidance regarding health insurance plans A Salvador-based company in the health and child development sector is seeking a professional to work in clinical reception. We seek a candidate who combines administrative competencies with highly humanized, empathetic, and welcoming service, focused on supporting families, children, and adolescents. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Greet families and patients in a welcoming and respectful manner. * Perform full schedule management: appointments, rescheduling, cancellations, and confirmations via WhatsApp or phone. * Guide families on clinic operations, hours, and rules. * Respond to messages and e\-mails clearly and empathetically. * Carry out administrative records (attendance, absences, contacts) and provide basic support for payments and invoices. * Support interactions with health insurance providers, guiding families on authorizations and referral form procedures. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed High School. * **Experience:** Experience in clinic or medical office reception (preferably with focus on pediatric or multidisciplinary settings). * **Skills:** Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, e\-mail, and scheduling tools. * **Profile:** Excellent communication skills, empathy, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ### **What We Offer** * **Compensation:** R$ 1800 \+ R$ 300.00 monthly allowance\. * **Employment Type:** CLT regime. * **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher and Transportation Benefit. * **Working Hours:** Monday from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM; Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM\. * **Work Location:** Av.
