We serve clients across various regions of the country, with strong involvement in high-impact social projects promoting social transformation and institutional strengthening. We are currently implementing ISO 9001, focusing on process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency—an excellent opportunity for professionals to actively participate in structuring and evolving the firm. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Technically coordinate the accounting team. * Assign tasks and monitor activity execution. * Organize and control departmental workflow. * Ensure compliance with accounting and tax deadlines. * Review accounting entries. * Conduct monthly accounting closings (trial balances, reconciliations, analyses). * Ensure timely submission of ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, DCTF, EFD-Reinf). * Validate tax calculations and tax withholdings. * Maintain technical contact with clients. * Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements. * Participate in the implementation and standardization of processes (ISO 9001\). * Conduct periodic team meetings. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Leadership. * Clear communication. * Organization. * Discipline. * Deadline orientation. * Results-driven mindset. **HIRING COMPANY INFORMATION:** * **Company:** Lites Audit and Accounting. * **Work Location:** Salvador/BA. * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (1-hour break), 44 hours per week, with Saturday compensation and slight schedule flexibility. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences. * Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration. * Prior experience in accounting team coordination or technical leadership. * Experience in accounting closing and review. * Experience with ancillary obligations. * Preferred: Experience in auditing. * Preferred: Experience in the third sector. * Preferred: Experience in ISO 9001 implementation\. * Preferred: Strong technology proficiency.
