Pharmaceutical care and risk management in oncology **Job Description:** Analyze medical prescriptions, new protocol guidelines, and requests for non-standardized medications to ensure appropriate adjustments, interventions, preparations, and dispensing to patients; Respond regarding procedures for handling antineoplastic drugs; Enter data into integrated systems according to departmental routines; Manage the inventory under responsibility, performing import routines for specific items, monitoring loan processes, and requesting restocking as needed; Oversee microbiological control of biological safety cabinets, submitting samples to laboratories and analyzing received reports; Participate in the Pharmaceutical Care Program, promoting rational and safe medication use in accordance with internal procedures and current legislation, aiming at quality and safety in patient care, as well as monitoring and controlling costs to meet defined targets; Perform risk management for the Unit, monitoring and ensuring medication safety for patients according to internal procedures, current legislation, and institutional quality standards; Provide technical support to clinical departments by training and guiding staff on relevant processes to address identified needs and comply with internal procedures, thereby ensuring service standards and patient and institutional safety; Ensure that the human resources structure under responsibility aligns with required competencies and operational needs, participating in recruitment processes, work schedule planning, attendance tracking, and in developing, training, evaluating, and recognizing staff per institutional criteria; Ensure high-quality service delivery to both internal and external customers in accordance with institutional procedures, safeguarding the institution’s image and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; Postgraduate specialization in Oncology Pharmacy; Experience in the field of oncology.
