Dow has an opportunity for a Maintenance Activities Coordinator located in Aratu \- BA (BRA). This professional will serve as the key link between Engineering and Maintenance to align business objectives, ensure work process compliance, and guarantee the use of the Most Effective Technology (MET), as well as work practices within maintenance team(s) / zone. Requires advanced skills and experience across a range of processes, procedures, and systems and/or specialized technical expertise in an analytical/scientific or operational method to perform a broad range of complex work tasks. May serve as a team leader, providing subject matter guidance and coordinating others’ work. Responsibilities:* Supervises compliance and implementation of work processes for assigned Maintenance Team(s). * Interfaces with business partners to define work requirements and determine resource priorities and strategies. * Applies work processes and ensures team members understand the work process, maintenance procedures, and EH\&S requirements. * Measures work process efficiency and productivity and initiates Management of Change (MOC) for improvements and rapid knowledge transfer. * Ensures all maintenance personnel comply with all applicable elements of the Maintenance Procedure Usage Policy. * Creates, develops, modifies, and updates work procedures and checklists and initiates MOC procedures as needed. * Facilitates use of work processes within the assigned Maintenance Team. * Understands work requirements and work priorities. * Recommends Global Maintenance Work Process (GMWP) functions in understanding/executing the work process. * Generates, analyzes, and acts upon maintenance productivity and cost measurement data. * Collaborates with area maintenance leadership to evaluate work process performance data and make adjustments, as needed, for continuous improvement. * Transfers SAP work knowledge related to GMWP. Experience:* Technical or university degree in maintenance, manufacturing, or other related fields. * 5 years of experience in maintenance and/or leadership/management. * English desirable (not mandatory for this role).
