Provide administrative and technical support to the projects area **PROJECT CONTEXT AND DESCRIPTION:** The AVSI Brazil Foundation is a non-profit civil society organization established in 2007, focused on improving the living conditions of people in situations of vulnerability. It works in partnership with international cooperation actors, public sector entities, and the private sector. Linked to the Italian AVSI Foundation—an NGO active in Brazil since the 1980s—AVSI Brazil’s mission is to promote people’s agency in their own development, as well as that of their families and communities. It implements social projects based on an integral and solidarity-based development methodology, oriented toward autonomy and human dignity. **BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:** Support the organization and systematization of knowledge related to the institution’s portfolio of projects, contributing to the documentation and institutional memory of information. Also assist in organizing data, documents, and technical information. Activities will be formative in nature and may adapt to evolving needs and learning opportunities throughout the internship. **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support the organization and updating of data, documents, and information related to projects; Assist in the systematization and documentation of institutional knowledge (project portfolio); Support the input and maintenance of the projects platform used by the team; Collaborate in organizing reports, spreadsheets, and monitoring materials; Support communication with initiative managers under the team’s guidance; Assist in consolidating information for activity monitoring; Provide administrative and technical support to the projects area’s requests; Maintain the department’s document archive up-to-date, following defined protocols and procedures where applicable; Participate in formative sessions and tasks proposed by the Organization; Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the job description, AVSI Brazil’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Internal Operational Procedures; Support other related activities as required by the department.
