Perform ingredient pre\-preparation, including tasks such as washing, cutting, and peeling. Ensure organization and cleanliness of both the kitchen and used utensils. Assist in monitoring food and kitchen utensil inventory. Comply with the institution's hygiene and food safety standards. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
